All prices are shown in pounds sterling. We aim to keep prices and product details accurate, but if we discover an error we will contact you before your order is fulfilled. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Delivery, cancellation and return conditions for physical products are set out on our Shipping and Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

When you buy a course, your course materials (theory PDF, practical video demonstrations, theory assignment and practical assignment) are sent to the email address used at purchase from training@bareandneutral.com. You have three months from purchase to complete and submit your assessments to be eligible for your CPD certificate. Certificates are issued only after both assessments are successfully completed.

Because course materials are digital content delivered straight away, by purchasing you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your fourteen day right to cancel once the materials have been sent. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not as described.

Course materials are licensed for your personal professional use only. You may not copy, share, resell, record, publish or distribute any part of the course, including video links, without our written permission. Sharing access may result in your access and certification being withdrawn.

Our courses and products are educational and professional tools. Completing a course does not replace any licence, insurance or local authority registration required to practise. You are responsible for working within your training, following hygiene guidance and holding suitable insurance.

Treatment bookings are subject to our booking policy, including at least forty eight hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a £20 fee and no-shows may be charged fifty percent of the treatment price. A consultation and patch test are required before electrolysis. You are responsible for keeping your account login secure. Reviews must be honest and must not contain offensive, unlawful or misleading content; we may remove reviews that break these rules.

All content on this website, including text, photography, logos, videos and course materials, belongs to Bare and Neutral or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse of products, use of techniques outside your training, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or your local courts if you live elsewhere in the UK.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order or booking will apply.
